A young boy, belonging to a family of migrant garment workers, sitting in front of the tv in a workers colony in Kapashera, near the border between Delhi and Gurgaon. In the windowless room the TV appears like an opening to the outside world. The television brings some diversion into the homes of the workers and can spread information and education.
