We’re pleased to announce that 1341 Frames of Love and War, Ran Tal’s documentary film on Micha Bar-Am, will premiere this year at the Berlinale!

Composed entirely of images taken by Bar-Am, Israel’s most celebrated war photographer, the film mines his extraordinary archive of over half a million negatives. The documentary is a profound exploration of photography which gives voice to Bar-Am’s reflections on self-doubt, memory, and the personal cost of a life devoted to recording conflict.
